Our schedule of fees is listed below. This is a list of our most commonly performed procedures. Please contact us through email for a quote on any procedure not listed here (admin@herniacentrebd.com) or drop a SMS to 01730259411 (WhatsApp). The prices listed here are subject to change (due to size of mesh, condition of patient etc) and you should confirm the current price for both consultation and any procedure with the surgeon before considering surgery.

Consultation Fees

At Chamber

First Consultation: 1000 Taka

Return consultation for reports: No Charge

Second Consultation: 600 taka ( Up to 3 months of first visit)

Dressing charge or others: 500 Taka

Online consultation

Inguinal hernia repair (Open)

35,000 Taka to 70,000 Taka

The package starts from 35,000 taka. There are other packages, and the highest one is around 70,000 taka.

This package is for a 1-day hospital stay. For any complications, if a patient needs to stay in the hospital for more than 1 day, the cost will increase.


Inguinal hernia repair (Laparoscopic)

50,000 Taka to 95,000 Taka

The package starts from 50,000 taka. There are other packages, and the highest one is around 95,000 taka.

This package is for a 2-day hospital stay. For any complications, if a patient needs to stay in the hospital for more than 2 days, the cost will increase.


Umbilical / Incisional / Ventral hernia repair (Small hernia, Open repair):

50,000 Taka to 90,000 Taka

The package starts from 50,000 taka. There are other packages, and the highest one is around 90,000 taka.

This package is for a 2-day hospital stay. For any complications, if a patient needs to stay in the hospital for more than 2 days, the cost will increase.


Umbilical / Incisional / Ventral hernia repair (Small hernia, Laparoscopic repair)

90,000 Taka to 160,000 Taka

The package starts from 90,000 taka. There are other packages, and the highest one is around 160,000 taka. (For IPOM plus repair, an additional 55,000 taka for mesh and tackers).

This package is for a 2-day hospital stay. For any complications, if a patient needs to stay in the hospital for more than 2 days, the cost will increase.


Umbilical / Incisional / Ventral hernia repair (Large hernia)

It depends on the location and size of the hernia.

The package can be declared after consulting with the surgeon, according to the size of the hernia and type of mesh.

Special Note

  • These are approximate cost estimates, NOT FINAL costs. Every patient is unique. After consulting with the surgeon, according to your need for an operation, you will receive a final package cost estimation. 
  • Bill the patient will receive during discharge from the hospital is the final bill. Usually this final bill and the package cost will be the same.
  • For some reasons, the bill may increase. Every package will mention how many days this package is composed of. For any complications, if a patient needs to stay in the hospital for more than the mentioned day, the cost will increase.
  • Package cost will depend on room rent (Ward/Normal cabin/AC cabin etc.), Hospital/clinic you choose, Type of Mesh or tackers, etc.
  • Special packages are available for patients with financial difficulties. Meet your surgeon directly and discuss your concerns freely.
